Third-timers to the World Championships of Hip Hop International in Las Vegas, The House of Pose will be WERKING harder than before! THOP has been working hard to emerge their urban dance styles of waacking and voguing into their scene and into the world.

This Adult division group will also be bringing their Megacrew (for the first time) “RAISE THE ROOF” to compete in Hip Hop International at Red Rock Resort this August.

What makes The House of Pose different from other dance crews?

The house of pose is a crew that was born with the soul of waacking and vogue. All the members do and love those styles. We created this crew two years ago and we continued performing with this fierceness and strength. We are so dynamic as dancers and we have a lot of passion for what we do. What makes us different is our way to risk when we perform, when we are at the stage. 

What is the dance scene like in Spain?

The dance scene in Spain its so talented but at the same time there aren’t union between us. 

Is it hard being a Waacking/Voguing House and competing at events such as HHI?

Yes, always have been hard … but our love for dance and perform it’s the key. In our country we are the only crew with that style and the positive thing it’s that the other people starts to know something about those styles. Our message is to spread our word with our style and with our personality. For now we do what we love and the people take our message and they love it too. 

Tell us about your previous HHI experience

We have been three years in HHI Las Vegas. And we are super grateful for everything. A lot of people knows our job around the world and keep our job on the global media.  

What will The House of Pose bring to the table this year at HHI?

This year will be more risk than ever. We introduced into the performance more details of the voguing scene and I have to say the Show it’s more aggressive than ever and the level it’s obviously higher. We are so excited to show the World our new SHOW. So fierce!! 

What are you most excited about for HHI?

It’s our first year bring in to the competition our MEGACREW named “RAISE THE ROOF”. ITS like THE HOUSE OF POSE but bigger in all the senses, it will be crazy. We are so excited to show our megacrew. This feeling will be amazing!
